Who is WorkSmart?  Started by Dave Hagenbuch in 2003, WorkSmart is dedicated to helping clients in any business or industry improve productivity and manage change.  After a successful career of 23 years in various leadership roles with GE Power Systems, Dave decided to create a practice that offered clients access to many of the management tools and practices made famous by GE under Jack Welch's leadership.

What's the WorkSmart Mission?  To help business leaders harness the creative power of people in their organizations in order to achieve "stretch" business goals, and to assist organizations in becoming self-sufficient through leadership training and development

How can WorkSmart help you?  Whether you are a small or large business, WorkSmart can help you to realize objectives that may otherwise be unattainable.  Small companies can utilize WorkSmart to assist with growth, establishing effective business processes and eliminating useless work that invariably creeps into every organization.  Large businesses can remove crippling bureaucracy, streamline processes, improve communications and energize their company's culture like never before.
